Hydrosol, also known as water essential oil, refers to a 100% saturated distillation liquid separated from essential oil in the process of distillation and extraction. It is a by-product of essential oil. Its composition is natural and pure, and its fragrance is light and pleasant.

Pure dew is a condensed water solution distilled from aromatic plants. In the process of distillation and extraction, oil and water will be separated. Essential oil will float on the top and water will precipitate on the bottom because of different density. These water are called pure dew.

Pure dew contains not only a small amount of essential oil, but also water-soluble substances in all plants. With 100% plant water-soluble substances, the dew contains mineral nutrients (such as tannic acid and flavonoids) that are lacking in essential oils.
