This product is thermoplastic semi-conductive shielding material for conductors, it is suitable for conductor of up to 10kV shielding of silane overhead insulated cable, which suitbale for high speed extrusion of double layer extrusion equipment with high temperature resistance and good extrusion flow. The produced cable has an excellent electrical and physical properties, and easy processing and other characteristics.

Production Processs
Recommendable temperature of the extruder fuselage: 80ºC-140ºC.
Neck temperature: 145ºC-155ºC
Head temperature: 155ºC-165ºC
Recommendable to use the mesh 20x60 with double filter.
Package Storage
The semi conductive shielding material is installed in the double-layer polyethylene film. After sealed package, it is loaded into the hard corrugated box which is not easy damaged, and the outer membrane is water proof, the net weight of each case is 600kg. It is stored in a clean, dry and ventilated warehouse, with a height of less than two layer. The transport process keeps away from sun, rain and mechanical impact.
